How to submit written comment on an Agenda Item?

Written public comments can be submitted via email to cityclerk@prcity.com prior to 12:00 noon on the day of the Council meeting. They’ll be posted as an addendum to the Agenda. If submitting written comments in advance of the meeting, please note the agenda item by number and name in the subject line. Comments to the clerk will also be distributed to Council.

Giving Public Comment at Council?

Remember to direct your comments to Council (not the audience). They’re limited to 3 minutes and you should fill out a yellow comment card prior (they’re in the back of the room). General public comment (on an item not on the agenda) is towards the beginning of the meeting. Comment on an agenda item is near the agenda item.
