It helps to know your councilmember. I can help people navigate city processes to solve problems.
Some issues are fairly straight forward, some are not. And even the simple ones require coordinating with the City Manager and several departments. It’s not uncommon for some combination of Public Works, Public Safety, Community Development, Community Services, and City Manager’s Office to all be involved with a single problem.
